We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation with tracking information where available.

UK Delivery: 2–3 working days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by emailing info@elegantequestrian.co.uk to request our return address and return instructions.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in unused and unchanged condition and suitable for resale.

This means:

All labels and tags must remain attached
Packaging must remain intact
Items must be clean and free from dirt, hair, or marks
Any protective plastic must not be removed
Products must be securely packaged in the same way they were delivered

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Damaged or Used Returns

If returned items show signs of use or damage such as:

Missing labels or tags
Damaged Velcro straps
Dirt, hair, or marks on the product
Removed protective materials

We reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee depending on the condition of the item, which may be up to 100% of the product’s value if the item is no longer considered saleable. Any refund issued will be reduced accordingly in line with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
