We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation with tracking information where available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by emailing info@elegantequestrian.co.uk to request our return address and return instructions.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in unused and unchanged condition and suitable for resale. 

This means:

• All labels and tags must remain attached
• Packaging must remain intact
• Items must be clean and free from dirt, hair, or marks
• Any protective plastic must not be removed
• Products must be securely packaged in the same way they were delivered

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Damaged or Used Returns

If returned items show signs of use or damage such as:

• Missing labels or tags
• Damaged Velcro straps
• Dirt, hair, or marks on the product
• Removed protective materials

We reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee depending on the condition of the item, which may be up to 100% of the product’s value if the item is no longer considered saleable. Any refund issued will be reduced accordingly in line with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned goods.

• Refunds apply only to the returned product(s)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank and country:

• Typically 2–5 working days for UK and EU refunds once processed
• International refunds may take 7–10 working days
